Perhaps, many of us now have a virtual meetings every day - sometimes many more in a single day than we would like.
Zoom.
Teams.
WebEx.
GoToMeeting.
Well, the platform doesn’t matter. What does matter is what people do on it.
As one would expect, the transition from on-site meetings to virtual meetings comes with its challenges.
Since we’re going to be holding meetings online for a long while, and maybe forever, let’s address some of the things that are NOT working.
