As a background for this episode, I recently received a bouquet of red roses from an employee working at Trader Joe’s (an upscale grocery store that doesn't have upscale prices), because he I was a very patient customer.
His actions portrayed an exemplary model of the value of love that his company stands for. Although I’m not sure if all the employees are allowed to use the company’s money to give customers flowers, I’m sure that because they engage in actions like this, it gives them a competitive edge.
